As the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel," the 60-year-old has maintained a high profile in the fashion industry, appearing for several seasons on Tyra Banks' hit reality show America's Next Top Model. She's also written her autobiography, and most recently appeared on VH1's Couples Therapy.

Still unbelievably stunning, Johnson, 63, has now written a book on modeling called Beverly Johnson's Guide to a Life of Health and Beauty. She also served as a celebrity judge on The Face, a reality show where contestants compete for a modeling contract. Johnson also launched a successful wig and hair extensions collection.

Appearing on the cover of Vogue a remarkable 26 times, the American model was initially encouraged to conceal the slight gap between her two front teeth. Thankfully, she didn't listen, as this "imperfection" later became one of her most distinguishable — and beloved — features.

Now 71, Hutton still has that fantastic gap and gorgeous grin. She now has a memoir in the works tentatively titled Smile, so stayed tuned to hear the model tell her story in her own words.

The Somali-born supermodel's tall, lithe figure and striking bone structure made her a massive hit in the fashion world from the mid-1970s onward.

As one may have guessed, Iman is just as beautiful now as she was when she was younger. But at 60, she's turned her attention to Iman Cosmetics, a makeup brand she founded in 1994 that offers women of color makeup in their skin tones. She's also been married to musician David Bowie since 1992, and the couple have a 15-year-old daughter, Alexandria.

Moving on from being a cover girl into a more mentoring role, MacPherson now hosts NBC's Fashion Star, where 14 amateur designers get the chance to launch collections from major retailers. The 6' foot former supermodel is also mom to two boys.

Shields has enjoyed continuous success from the '80s onward, appearing in countless television shows and films. Since 2001, Shields has been married to screenwriter Chris Henchy, with whom she has two children.

The English model was one of the most sought-after — and most notorious — supermodels of the '80s and '90s, making history as British Vogue's first black cover model in over two decades in 1987. Campbell was part of the original model "Trinity" with Christy Turlington and Linda Evangelista, which eventually became the "Big Six" with the additions of Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, and Kate Moss.

Despite nearly 30 years passing since she began her career, Campbell, now 45, looks nearly the exact same as she did in her early 20s. Serving as a coach on reality competition The Face, Campbell passes on her knowledge of the ins and outs of the fashion world to fresh new wannabe models.

Could any list of supermodels be complete without a mention of the owner of these cheekbones? At just 14 years old, Moss was discovered in 1988 by a modeling agent who turned her waifish figure and "heroin chic" look into a fashion movement. She joined Campbell and others in the "Big Five" group of supermodels, growing it to the "Big Six."

Now a prominent celebrity humanitarian, Turlington has focused her attentions on advocating for maternal health all over the world, making her directorial debut with a documentary on the subject called No Woman, No Cry. She's also married to actor/director (and hunk!) Edward Burns, and the couple have two children: Finn and Grace.

After winning Elite Model Management's "Look of the Year" contest in 1982, Crawford became one of the '80s and '90s biggest models.

Today, Crawford's legacy continues — after all, who else can you name whose tiny birthmark has become ubiquitous with their name? At nearly 50 years old, the model is still booking campaigns and TV roles, recently appearing on the cover of Vogue Mexico and in ABC's sitcom Cougar Town. Now married to nightclub mogul Rande Gerber, she's also mom to daughter Kaia and son Presley, who are following in her modeling footsteps.
