What's your favorite body part?
My hourglass figure.
What's your workout routine?
I bike to work and do yoga when I can. I just joined a dance company—a lifelong dream!
What's the best pickup line you've ever heard?
Probably whatever my fiancée, Christine Tran, said to me first. It was along the lines of, "Can I buy you a drink?"
Do you have any secret recipes for homemade skin care?
Coconut oil on everything.
Do you have any tattoos?
All my tattoos are buddy tats with my best friends. I have a zebra (my spirit animal) on a bed frame, a diamond, and some daggers.

What's your favorite body part?
I like my arms: They're long in proportion to the rest of my body, which makes me look taller than I actually am.
What's your workout routine?
It's a lot of Pilates, with yoga mixed in.
Do you have a go-to quick cleanse?
Green juice and no bread, sugar, or meat.
What's the best pickup line you've ever heard?
"Did you sit in a pile of sugar? 'Cause you have a pretty sweet ass."
Do you have any tattoos?
My most identifiable are my matching feather tattoos that run down my calves. They've been worked on by three different artists over time.

Scott: Bulging calf muscles.
John: Upper back.
What's your workout routine?
Scott: StairMaster, then abs, weights, and gym selfie-ing.
John: Barry's Bootcamp.

Scott: Water, green juice, protein, and asparagus pills.
John: No—I need one ASAP.
Do you have any tattoos?
Scott: At least nine by the time this comes out! "THRIVING" on my leg is a favorite.
John: I have four. My favorite is a pack of Marlboro Reds on my right arm.

My arms.

Every day I do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights.

Ramon: Fear. Walk. Run. Collapse. Sugar. Sugar rush. Repeat.

Ryan: "OMG, do you practice karate? 'Cause your body is kickin'."

Ramon: No, just a tip: Don't do it. You will end up needing another remedy.

Ryan: Ramon has a rose on his arm. I am unblemished.

I do a short workout every morning: swim or gym, Citi Bike, and always take the stairs.

I don't believe in cleanses. I wouldn't even make it to lunch.

My husband and I both have different ones from different points in our lives, and neither one of us is that psyched about them.

Marjan: My legs.
Maryam: The collarbone.

Marjan: A shot of lemon, ginger, cayenne, and turmeric.
Maryam: Every morning, I start the day with warm water and a slice of fresh lemon.

Marjan: Warm tea bags on puffy eyes does magic.
Maryam: I put grated Persian cucumbers all over my face for 20 minutes.
