My new-mom routine delivers max oomph with minimum effort. For crazy glowy skin in three minutes, my imaginary best friend Gwyneth's Goop by Juice Beauty Exfoliating Instant Facial trumps a 10-step K-beauty regimen; Pat McGrath Labs Lust 004 kit offers expedient megaglamour, creating a mes-merizing, glittery red lip in five minutes flat; and I use neroli-based CAP Beauty Anointing Oil for an instant boost whenever and wherever possible—it's the most addictive fragrance, cuticle oil, and hair smoother. —Emily Dougherty, @emilydougherty

I'm loving the eccentric glamour of mid-twentieth-century actress Maria Felix, who was considered Mexico's answer to Elizabeth Taylor. I channel her with lush lash–giving Giorgio Armani Mascara Eccentrico (Felix kept a makeup artist on staff to bump up her fringe with individual falsies), ultraluxe La Mer Genaissance (it contains gold, Felix's favorite bling), and a spritz of Kilian Good Girl Gone Bad, which would have made the serpent-adoring Felix hiss with pleasure. —April Long, @aprillong5

I want the sun-warmed, breezy vibes of 1970s Cali-cool skaters! Those girls' "beauty routines" consisted solely of spritzing on Sun-In (I'm guessing), but my decidedly more natural hair-gilding alternative is Klorane Blond Highlights Sun Lightening Spray. To mimic their slightly flushed luster, I smooth Suvana Certified Organic Paw Paw & Honey Balm over my lids and cheeks. The finishing touch: a sweep of Urban Decay Revolution High-Color Lipgloss in Savage for an iota of girly polish. —Megan O'Neill, @megagirl

There's nothing I love more than a powerful woman, and what's a witch if not the OG? To play up a The Craft–worthy eye of intention, I use M.A.C Spellbinder shadow for a next-level smolder. Sunday Riley Luna Sleeping Night Oil lets me worship the moon while feeling all sorts of magical skin restoration. And, for any psychic imbalance, I fill my Unearthen Third Eye Chakra Fragrance Pendulum Necklace with Chanel Bois des Iles, complete with notes of spell-book workhorse orris root, to bring me much-needed clarity. —Cotton Codinha, @cottoncodinha
