The 80+ beauty queens competing for the 2017 Miss Universe pageant presented their national costumes as part of the pre-broadcast proceedings in Pasay, the Phillipines (the show airs Sunday night). The array of costumes included a puppet, a windmill and a snowflake — and, yes, there were feathers and sparkles galore.
