Update: Princess Eugenie tapped hairstylist Sonnie Jo Macfarlane, who works at the salon chain Hari's in London, to style her hair for the royal wedding, according to Kensington Palace (though the Palace incorrectly spelled her name Sonny). According to the salon website, a styling session with Sonnie will set you back 150 pounds, or nearly $200, for the hour.
Eugenie wore her hair parted down the center, featuring two face-framing curled tendrils. Her hair was then pulled back into a low, twisted chignon—and topped off with the stunning Grenville emerald tiara. The princess bride threw tradition out the window and opted not to wear a veil at all, letting her glossy hair really steal the show.

Princess Eugenie is a fan of bold hat choices and her signature curly bob—so we imagine we might see one of the two as she walks down the aisle to wed Jack Brooksbank at her royal wedding on October 12 (or maybe that's wishful thinking—we'd love to see anything other than a low chignon). But the bride-to-be just stepped out a few days ahead of the ceremony sporting a refreshed and vibrant new hair color. Brighter than her usual deep auburn, the Princess's new red hair color looks fresh and reminiscent of her mother Sarah's (Fergie's) signature hue.

There is no word yet on who will be doing Princess Eugenie's hair or makeup for the big day—or what style she'll choose. for the record, both the Duchess of Sussex and Cambridge wore their hair styled up. Middleton's was twisted into a half-up style, with the bottom curled in glossy waves. Markle wore her hair in a low chignon with face-framing tendrils. Since Eugenie's hair is on the shorter side, we imagine she might leave it down and perfectly coiffed—just like her Grandmother did when she wed back in 1947.

When Prince William and Kate were married back in 2011, Princess Eugenie's hair was a far darker shade of brown, and styled in a coiled bun with side-swept bangs. She gradually lightened her hair since then, and now prefers a reddish hue that runs in her family.
