Actress and musician Kat Graham follows the cardinal rule of skincare: she never goes to sleep without first removing her makeup. She starts the process with the drugstore-favorite Neutrogena face wipes. She sweeps them all across her skin, but not near her eyes, where she prefers to use something a little gentler. She then switches to a cotton pad and the
Dior Hydra Life Triple Impact Makeup Remover. She sweeps that across her skin for a second round of cleansing. "It really really cleanses your skin and gets everything off and it eels so good," she says."
"My skin is prone to get oily, so I have to be extra careful. When I am in New York, which I am in now, my skin gets very dry because I have to hydrate more than usual," she says. After removing all her base makeup and most of her eye makeup ("The brows are not coming off, sorry Harper's.") Graham moves on to the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence to add a little bit of lightweight moisture back into her skin.
Then she moves on to moisturizer, which can change depending on where the actress and musician is currently traveling. "In LA or New York, in a city environment where there's more smoke or pollution, my skin gets really really dry. My moisturizer locks in a lot better in Georgia or Miami than it would in New York," she adds.
