Stephanie Shepherd is known for many things: being Kim Kardashian West's former personal assistant, cofounding educational climate change platform Future Earth, and writing columns for the likes of ELLE and Poosh. In between it all, Shepherd ends her busy days by going the extra mile to take care of her skin. In the latest episode of Go to Bed with Me, Shepherd walks us through her entire nightly skin care routine, featuring 14 luxurious products, like an LED light panel and a high-frequency face wand.
You can shop her high-end skin care routine here.
"Normally, I use maybe two products," Shepherd says during the episode. "I'm a two-product girl for my nighttime routine, morning routine. It's very simple. [...] But, today, I'm going to show you my extended version with some of my favorite eye creams and different tools that I like to use, and I integrate them into my process."
Some of the extra products that Shepherd occasionally uses include Signstek's High Frequency Face Wand and Celluma PRO's LED light therapy panel. She also makes use of some more conventional, standard skin care items, like face wipes by Yes To and a moisturizing cream by La Mer.
"I love all the tools, even though I may not use them all the time," Shepherd says. "I love to play. I love to read about them and learn about all the different technologies and products everyone's using. But, I don't know, when I find something that works for me, I just kind of stick with it."
