Ego Nwodim is an actress, comedian, and Saturday Night Live cast member who makes us laugh every weekend. She's also a bona fide beauty junkie (see: "Quarantine QT") who loves a deep-cleansing skin care routine—or in her own words, she's "addicted to the lather."

In this episode of Go to Bed with Me, Nwodim walks us through her nightly regimen, including a tried-and-true acne cleanser and newfound top-shelf faves.

"If I go to sleep with makeup on, I'm waking up with pimples—immediately, first thing in the morning," Nwodim says of skin care junkies' cardinal rule. She also relays a tip for those among us who sometimes fail to live up to the standard: "I take my makeup off basically as soon as I get home, because if I actually wait 'til I'm too tired, taking the makeup off and doing the whole routine wakes me up. And we don't want that." Agreed.

First things first, the comedian uses Farmacy's Green Clean Cleansing Balm, which she discloses is a recent addition to her skin care regimen after departing from the much-controversial use of makeup wipes. "Makeup wipes are actually really bad for the environment," she says. "So this one's for you, environment."
