This morning, Blake Lively began a New York press adventure, visiting various talk shows and press outlets to promote The Age of Adaline. And because she is Blake Lively, Preserve founder and fashionista, she wore a different outfit at every. single. one.
By noon, Lively had already been photographed in five different looks. She was a superhero at one appearance; a spring breaker at another. And Lively's still going—she's currently eight outfits strong. (She's appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallontonight, so there may be more STILL.)
In recognition of her glorious run, we break down each look:
The Spring Breaker:
Blake began her day at 3 a.m., dressed in a Preserve "Natalie" palm tree jumpsuit, according to Us Weekly. With Ofira jewels in her mouth, Lively was up to her usual, quirky social mediashenanigans. Gotta love her early morning Instagram humor:
She took the look to Live! With Kelly and Michael, where she paired it with Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira jewelry and Charlotte Olympia heels. The whole thing is very Miami Beach, perhaps a nod to all those Lilly Pulitzer x Target collection shoppers.
The Mixed-Up School Girl:
The first stop on Lively's press journey was Good Morning America, where she arrived in a plaid Marc Jacobs coat and Christian Louboutin pumps. The ensemble is a little more Blair than Serena and almost blanket-like (understandable given the call time for morning shows is very early).
On the show, Lively switched to a Marc Jacobs red plaid dress with a leather top and black Christian Louboutin heels. She also appears to have had her first morning coffee:
(We're just guessing.)
The Superhero:
But Lively couldn't leave in the same thing. She switched into a bright Roksanda color block dress, coat, and gold Louboutin heels, looking like she was going to take flight, spreading news of her impressive sartorial feats.
Queen of the Jungle:
Lively took her palm tree jumpsuit to Live! With Kelly and Michael, her next stop:
But she didn't leave the studio in that 3 a.m. garment. She switched into outfit #5: a fuchsia Kristinit striped wrap dress (available on Preserve, of course) with zebra print Alexa Wagner gladiator sandals. Pretty wild.
Hello warmer temperatures, hello more skin.
Rainbow Fish:
The pink number was—as expected at this point—short lived. Blake switched into an even shorter number for her Sirius XM radio appearance. Lively's koi fish-adorned dress and coat continued her show of fish fandom.
Also legs!
The Human Gum Ball:
After wearing so many different colors, Lively's seventh look was monochrome...very monochrome. She was spotted in midtown in a light pink trench, high-waisted pants, a mesh top, and Sophia Webster heels.
The Southern Belle:
Because no fashion tour is complete without a formal look, Blake saved her most dressy (and cleavage-friendly) look for the evening. She arrived at The Tonight Show set in a navy printed dress with pearls.
The Classy Party Girl:
For the Tonight Show cameras though, Lively ditched her formal wear for a more cocktail appropriate ensemble: a gold embellished, little black dress. Of course the LBD had to be part of the line up.
The Night Clubber:
But nine outfits in, Lively couldn't leave the studio without one last wardrobe change. She exited Jimmy Fallon's set in a orange and green jumpsuit. The giant belt and bold stripes on the pants are celebratory. And after wearing an incredible, exhaustive 10 outfits in one day, Lively should party.
What. A. Day.
