1. TaraStiles

Tara is the founder of Strala Yoga, the movement system that ignites freedom and creates an easy feeling in your body. This is the workout to try when you're looking to release stress and reboot; the perfect thing to do at the end of a work day or holiday weekend. Expect a mix of relaxed, energized routines that strengthen and tone the body.

2. Yoga With Adriene.

Adriene Mishler guides you through each step with an incredibly soothing voice. Ideal for ironing out those aches and pains, Mishler's easy to follow routines and occasional jokes create a fun, motivational atmosphere for you to learn in. A great relaxing session to do before bed that's better than counting sheep.

Difficulty level: Beginner to intermediate.

3. KinoYoga

Kino MacGregor teaches Ashtanga yoga: a disciplined and spiritually orientated practice. KinoYoga will put your body and mind to the test, great for blowing off steam at the weekends. With some pretty intense displays of flexibility, don't expect an easy ride (but do expect to put your legs behind your head).

4. Eckhart Yoga

Esther Eckhart's channel is home to various instructors teaching Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. With a focus on core strength, you can slot these speedy sessions in before work. Mix together different moves and feel like a pro in no time.

5. Yoga Journal

Although this channel is no longer updated, it covers the basics of yoga in detail. We like it because it has seemingly endless options for morning and evening sequences.

6. Fightmaster Yoga

The major appeal of Fightmaster Yoga is that it caters for different moods, because lets face it, we aren't always bundles of joy. With these lengthy videos you can strengthen, tone, and seriously sweat out those rougher days.

7. SarahBethYoga

Sarah Beth videos are cute and upbeat; she'll get you smiling after a stressful commute home. With her trademark pep, she'll teach you Vinyasa, Hasa and Power yoga.

If you want variety, look no further. These classes explore bikram, power, ashtanga and kundalini yoga for toning and fitness. Looking to work out with your partner? Yoga House even has options for couples yoga; it's his turn to be flexible.

May the Aussie accent wash over you whilst Yogasync connect body and mind. Perfect for regaining focus: try these classes on a Monday morning or when you just can't shut your brain up. If you're after a gentle yoga class, this is for you. Namaste.
