If you can get a spot in one of Noah Neiman's sold out classes at Barry's Bootcamp, chances are you'll be barbel-to-barbel with one of his A-list disciples, but don't call him a celebrity trainer. "The thing that I love about the gym is that it doesn't give a damn who you are," he says. "The gym responds to one thing. Effort and sweat. There's something so beautiful in that." His favorite sweat-dripping move?
"I love dead-lifting. There is something so mentally empowering about physically lifting 500lbs off of the floor. You feel like you can do anything after that."

As a former, er, fat kid, Neiman mastered self-motivation at a young age and transformed his body. "I started reading and learning. Instead of meeting up with friends, I sat in my room and used those free 50 hours of AOL to get onto the bodybuilding.com site and spend hours there." Here, Neiman talks tap-backs, skull-crushers, sits bones, and explains the elusive V-taper.
